iOS/Android Client Redesign
Helpkin is a babysitting bartering app that connects parents to other parents based on mutual networks. They came to us with a beta version of their app. Our job was to use their Helpkin brand to redesign the app using proper UX principles.

The Trust for Public Land's mission is to create parks and protect land for people, ensuring healthy, livable communities for generations to come. To expand and strengthen that program, they need more robust digital tools to help people on the ground network and take action.
This is where we stepped in.
Disrupt The Internet Monopoly.
Living in San Francisco for 5 years, I saw how Time Warner Cable monopolized the internet. In such a dense city, it didn't make sense for people to pay for their own line when 5 other networks are around them. People are more than willing to share their internet, but not if they have to foot the entire bill.
This is where Wi+ comes in. Wi+ is a concept I designed to disrupt the internet market and allow users to rent their wireless network on the go.
Save Time. Stay Hip.
My concept for a shopping and information gathering app that makes purchasing items easy today and in the future. Users don't have time to hunt for the latest updates on items they desire. HipWish does all the legwork for the user and automatically updates items that the user wants with purchasing locations, deals, release dates and prices. By knowing when the newest items will be released users will be empowered to make smarter purchases that will lead to a more satisfied shopping experience.
Bring Laika Home. iOS Game
A mobile game concept I created to turn a sad story into a positive one. Based on the first dog in space; Lost Laika is about the journey to return home after being sucked into a black hole into a distant galaxy. The player taps the screen to launch a grappling hook that will grab onto objects and pull the player in the objects direction. Re-tap to unhook and float using the momentum of the hooked object. Move to collect oxygen tanks, beacon pieces and avoid harmful objects. Collect all 4 beacon pieces to move onto the next level and one galaxy closer to Earth
Android Tower Defense Game.
A collaborative tower defense game placed in the 1950's where the heroine must build towers to defend her hometown. I built the main menu UI and the UX flow from the level selection to the end of the level.
A design I created that was printed on the back page of SXSW 2016's program for 3BLACKDOT.
