Get to know me

Start Loose. Stay Openminded

I find it a bit weird trying to write about myself so I’ll try to focus it on my journey as an artist. I’m an open book so feel free to ask me anything!

Since I was a child I’ve always been creative. My love for drawing started when I was 5 because of my godmother who would always get me comic books for my birthday. Seeing that passion I began to take oil painting, pastel, and charcoal lessons for many years. Unfortunately they became too expensive for my parents but thankful for the experience!

Video games became my next creative outlet during the late 90s, early 2000s. This is where I came to appreciate digital designs and dreamed of working in that industry. I pursued that dream after trying “normal” college majors for a few years but found that I missed the creative side. This is when I left LA for SF to attend the Academy of Art University for User Experience Design.

It was demanding but so much fun! I finally felt at home, surrounded by creatives. Upon graduating I started with a graphic design role making pitch decks for Youtubers before landing my first UX role at Five Four. Netflix, Oxefit, and Meta came after.
